LoveDays Photography
The best advice we received was to find a photographer who you like being around because you spend the majority of your wedding day with them, and man they were right.
"Everyone needs a Wayne!" This is what we have told everyone over and over again when showing off our beautiful wedding and engagement photos.
We sincerely cannot wait for the next time we have an excuse to work with Wayne. From the very start he had such a thoughtfulness that no else had. Throughout the whole process he had sentimental touches like congratulatory gifts, personalized business cards for us to distribute with our photo on it, souvenirs from our wedding day, etc. Friends and family loved how he was present but never in the way or distracting, and we couldn't agree more.
Wayne's energy is exactly what you want - attentive, sharp and aware of his surroundings but cool and relaxed on a day that has it's stressful moments. Wayne does his research and comes fully prepared for ideal and creative shots. Even when everything was all wrapped up, Wayne spent hours of his time to personalize our wedding photo album with the patience of a saint. Simply the best!!
This is why Chatham Bars Inn is so amazing. This was a late October wedding and just look at those clouds and that ceremony. Not only does CBI provide stellar service and an amazing view to work with, but Chatham itself just gets incredible weather patterns year round. The beach, the dock, the grass, close proximity to the lighthouse and so much more make this one of my all time favorite venues to create really unique Cape Cod wedding photography.
Meredith & Ben were even more amazing. The joy that came out of these two and their families was just so constant and awesome, and simple off the charts. From Ben's ridiculous and hilarious chuckle, to their willingness to head over to Chatham Lighthouse for a solo portrait session pre-ceremony, to one of the final portraits of the night when they were willing to get on top of the CBI sign out front for a long exposure portrait that turned out incredible. And that image is now the cover of their stunning 10x15 SoHo album.
After their beach front first look, and ceremony with a view, Ben and Meredith planned a serious party, let me tell you. It did not end with their reception at the Beachouse with the killer band Ripcord. They went on to a late night DJ party up at the Monomoy building behind CBI. Their guest danced and partied and joined in celebrating the union of this wonderful couple.
